Accreditation of Testing Laboratories: EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017

International Virtual Workshop.

The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Government of Turkey in collaboration with the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, Bursa Test and Analysis Laboratory (TÜBITAK – BUTAL) partnered to create an enhanced e-learning experience through a five-week guided, virtual, international workshop on “Accreditation of Testing Laboratories: EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017”. This virtual workshop will focus mainly on the general, structural, resource, process and management system requirements for accreditation according to the standard, the application procedure of accreditation, method validation, traceability and the role of quality infrastructure and accredited laboratories, and the higher-level importance of accreditation in relation to the sustainable development goals (SDGs), underscoring the importance of a Laboratory Policy.
