The E-marketing course has been enlightening, I have gained skills and knowledge in various e-marketing techniques that I look forward to applying to help grow our brand.

Personally, I feel like it's been a thrilling and interesting experience all the way. Course instructors and other coordinators are respectful and friendly which creates an all inclusive and contributive environment conducive for sharing ideas.

I am very much impressed about the program. The various subjects or topics chosen for this course were all good and well taught by the facilitators. I really learned alot from it and I believe that it will help me to improve upon my delivery and interaction with MSMEs in the field. I was highly impressed the more especially, during the costing and pricing determination sessions how every single cost at each stage have to be critically be identified and determined to give the entrepreneur the full picture of his or her unit production cost. In all, the program is good and I thank all the stakeholders for the support given to go through it successful.

The financial course has been very helpful thus has enable me to know that Costs may be classified into different groups depending upon the purpose. Also, this has enabled me to calculate cost per unit and total cost. Factors To Focus on When Setting Price and Pricing Strategy will help the SMEs to one also been one of the areas that interest me.

It was very informative and interactive sessions and I was refreshed to the newer changes and additions in ISO 22000 and ISO 9001. Hitherto, I had to prior exposure on GMP for cosmetics and this training sessions well informed me about the requirements of that standards. The assignments were practical and the UNIDO thinkific platform too was easier to navigate and self study. This training would go a long way to help me professionally and I hope that I would have the opportunity to influence others or help Ghanaians trying to achieve and sustain this certifications.
